Initial Consultation

An initial consultation is the best way of getting to meet one another. We talk about the various types of Hypnotherapy available, and then together, we can decide which one, if any, would best be suited to your particular needs. No Hypnosis/therapy takes place during this consultation. The hypnotherapy normally commences on a subsequent session. One of the best things about the initial consultation is that it's a ' stand-alone' session, and so there's absolutely no-obligation to go any further with the therapy if you don't feel it's completely right for you.
